From what has been published, it appears that a trap was set for lawyer Barjami in the courtroom, when at the moment he announces the criminal complaint, the prosecutor announces the arrest and the judge keeps up the 'game' of considering the lawyer's words as a 'threat'.
On Saturday evening, the arrest of lawyer Ulian Barjami was reported, while the pretext used for imposing extreme security measures was a debate in the courtroom.
Lawyer Barjami, during the court session for the assignment of security measures against his client Maksim Lika, said that he would personally deal with the prosecutor and judicial police officers, filing criminal charges against them for what he considers to be the manipulation of evidence against his client.
From this moment, also referring to a video published by lawyer Arben Llangozi, there is an extreme reaction from prosecutor Gjergji Ceka who is heard saying that 'the lawyer should be arrested'.
Then there is a harsh reaction from the judge, who, referring to the audio from the court session, warns the lawyer several times, interpreting the lawyer's statement on the same wavelength as the prosecutor, thus considering it a threat.

" I don't work with threats in the courtroom, it doesn't matter what you do outside the courtroom."
A lawyer does not operate with threats in the courtroom, I will take measures as determined by the Code of Procedure. Focus on defending your client, or I will assign another lawyer and throw you out.
"This type of communication with me as a judge does not work in the courtroom ," is heard saying the judge, Megi Strakosha, who openly sides with the Prosecutor, at a time when in the courtroom she has the role of an 'arbitrator' to evaluate the evidence and facts presented by lawyers and prosecutors, who have the same status in the process.
The arrest of lawyer Barjami, although warned in reference to the audio that was published, was followed by reactions from the Chamber of Advocates.
" The defense attorney of citizen Maksim Suçi, lawyer Ulian Barjami, after ascertaining the video evidence presented at the hearing, where his client did not appear at all violently opposing police officers, declared that he would file a report for falsification of evidence against the prosecutor, as the written minutes brought by the prosecutor to trial described a situation where lawyer Barjami's client had used violence against police officers," the Albanian Bar Association announced in its reaction to the case.
It then continues with the fact that Prosecutor Ceka responded to lawyer Barjami by saying: "You should be arrested, you will be arrested!", and in the meantime, nervously, turned his head towards the police officers present in the courtroom.
"Lawyer Barjami responded by declaring: "I will file a report, because you have violated the law."
"Judge Strakosha intervened regarding these statements, who explained to lawyer Barjami that he should avoid this discussion and focus on interpreting the evidence at that moment, without considering what he would do next ," the Chamber of Advocates explains.
Barjami was the defense attorney of Maksim Lika, also known by the nickname "Suci", a name rumored to have close ties to the much-wanted Emiljano Shullazi.
Maksim Lika was recently arrested as part of a blitz in the city of Elbasan, which targeted elements of the criminal world.
