Journalist Artan Hoxha has spoken about the mega-operation "Tempulli" that led to the attack of 23 criminal groups, he said that a good part of the distributors in the global market are Albanians.
Hoxha underlined that in our country during the summer they use the festival to test the market.

Our bad luck is that a good part of the distributors in the global market are Albanian, and by hitting the streets of the world they have created extraordinary knowledge with the drugs that are used. It's those big youth parties that take place on the coast. The one who wins the right to sell narcotics there has won a profitable tender. Willingly or not, we have created some oases of calm for traffickers, so that they can test the youth, " he said.
