Artan Hoxha has clarified the facts regarding an audio, which shows the communications of the employees of the Guard, before and after the "21 January" protest.
He claims that from the recording in which the leaders of the Guard communicated with codes, he managed to decipher 10 codes, in which he identified 10 people.
"I had the recording and the tape shows that the murders were done by order. This recording was accessed with a dictaphone and he had access to this channel that all the leaders of the Guard communicated with, and therefore he recorded them.
I published her in January 2023, we were asked to take her to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, we didn't take her because she was 12 years old and hadn't done anything, none of the high-level characters called her, that's why we didn't take her because it had lost the integrity and the opportunity to do this, which it did not do for 13 years, it just took us 1 and a half years until the Strasbourg decision that put our institutions into operation.
In that recording, the leaders of the Guard are communicated with codes and I have deciphered at least 10 codes, I have identified 6 people and through them you can see who they are.
