Lawyer Bledar Meminaj said that the Courts in Albania are not professional and take the side of SPAK.
He stated that this support for SPAK probably comes after many external interests, including those of the USA, force them to give a positive spirit in support of the Special Prosecutor's Office.
The lawyer adds that these courts take this support of external factors for SPAK as if they must accept whatever the Prosecution brings.
"Dumani rightly said that we are controlled. They are controlled by the courts of all 3 levels, by the ILD, by the Embassies. The court is not that professional, maybe even for the spirit. It is one-sided.
It's a matter of spirit since many foreign interests, maybe even the US, force them to give a positive spirit and support SPAK and this probably means that we should accept whatever SPAK brings.
This is not good at all, because it seems that we do not have a court there at all. Because we don't have a court there. The court there is non-existent. We have the case that even the Supreme Court has not fixed many situations. Even other courts say when the Supreme Court does not do it, what will we do" , the lawyer told "Euronews Albania".
