Analyst Frrok Çupi said that Berisha has neither the will nor the ability to face the evidence and accusations that weigh on him, calling him a deeply compromised political figure, not only domestically but also in the international arena.
Çupi emphasized that the Berisha case has transcended the boundaries of a simple judicial matter and has become news for the international media, due to the fact that he remains an unwanted former prime minister and former president for the United States of America and the European Union.
Commenting on the resignation of the presiding judge of the Supreme Court, Elsa Ulliri, due to a conflict of interest in the well-known "Partizani" case, Çupi hinted that Berisha's influence on the judicial system continues to be strong.
The analyst underlined that the “Partizani” affair is just one of the issues that implicates Berisha, adding that he has lumped his family, government and personal interests into one bag. According to him, Berisha is a representative of a type of politician who commits crimes without realizing it, because, as Çupi said, “crime is part of his nature and through it he thinks to project the future.”
"Berisha does not confront the evidence. But, it was news for the foreign media. It is also a matter of luck that Berisha is a former prime minister and a former president unwanted by America and Europe and this was the news. The Albanian people were victims for Berisha and he cannot get out. The resignation of judge Elsa Ulliri, she herself honestly admitted that there is a conflict of interest here. We will see that when the lottery is drawn again, a Berisha man will emerge.
Berisha knows that the "Partizani" affair has corrupted his government, has put his family and the government in a bag. He knows that this is not the only file, undoubtedly Berisha's crimes are in the open, they have happened in this country. It is typical, Berisha commits crimes unintentionally. He has the crime within himself, he thinks that just as the crime comes to him, he seeks to bring the future. Berisha does not come to court with just one crime, he comes with 100 other bags.
