Member of the Presidency of the Re-establishment, Eno Bozdo speaking about the latest accusations by SPAK against the former prime minister, Sali Berisha for corruption and changing the laws for the privatization of the Partizani complex, stated that this case has no substance.
In an interview for the show "5pyetjet" on 'Report TV', Bozdo said that the process by Berisha was transparent and there was no violation and above all there was no harm to the state.
" A matter that has no material, has no legal matter. In the 200 pages of the prosecution, there is no accusation about the privatization of the complex. The process has been transparent. It took SPAK 3 years of investigation and they looked at it in every aspect. There is no violation and there is no damage, there are no owners who come against the other party ", said Bozdo.
He further added that Rama is also involved in this matter while he stated that he is not accused, while those who did not sign are accused.
" It was the property of the Ministry of Defense, then it is included in the distribution plan. In the last two years of Nano's government in 2003, the privatization process was required, and the right to property was recognized. The entire plot has been returned to the owners. Ownership has been recognized but not returned to the owners.
The owners have the right to buy it. But what is Berisha accused of? Berisha's electoral program was to help the owners of the complex, the first decision that Berisha made was the form of privatization with 80% in securities and 20% in cash. This did not help Maltese as he bought it with cash in hand. Edi Rama is mentioned but not accused in this case. Those who do not have a case are accused, while those who do have no name ", added Bozdo.
