Bad weather has caused traffic congestion in the village of Shelegar in Saranda.
The village headman said that the cause of such floods is the narrowing of the bridge.
Ilmi Beduli emphasizes that even though he has raised it as a problem several times, no one has taken it into consideration.
"We have excessive flooding, due to the narrowing of the bridge. Buildings are being built, the river is filled with foundations on both sides, and look at the situation today. I have raised the issue of widening the road several times and no one has put water on the fire," says Ilmi Beduli.
