At a time when Albanians are creating more and more connections in the countries of origin of cocaine and are leading criminal groups for its traffic in Europe, the US Anti-Narcotics Agency announces a new alert line for Albania.
The American Embassy in Tirana has published for the second time on the official Facebook page the announcement where citizens can report drug trafficking and money laundering cases to the DEA.
The DEA is not only partnering with the Albanian Police to obtain information about traffickers of Albanian origin, but has made available a phone number to contact on WhatsApp and an e-mail address for anyone with information about the increase, drug production, distribution, organized crime or drug money laundering.

According to the announcement made by the embassy of the United States in Tirana, any information will be immediately reviewed by DEA agents and staff and the anonymity of the whistleblower will be preserved and all his data will be kept confidential.
"The tip line of the US Drug Enforcement Agency is active. The DEA encourages anyone with information related to drug trafficking or the laundering of drug proceeds to share the information with DEA personnel on WhatsApp at: +1 571 502-7846 or by email at: [email protected]. All data will be kept confidential. Our thanks to all those individuals who submitted reliable data that supported DEA operations. The United States is committed to working with Albania to fight drug trafficking and money laundering related to it, for a better future for all Albanians." - announces the US Embassy in Tirana.
