Investigative journalist, Artan Hoxha, stated that for many years the event of January 21, 2011 with 4 killed is being used politically.
According to Hoxha, it is intentional that the investigation of this serious event is being conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana and not by SPAK.
Hoxha also said that the re-examination of the bullet that was found in the head of the victim Alex Nika in Italy is intentional to gain time, because the examination was done by the FBI.
"At the beginning of January of last year, I released a video, a recording that proved that the murders were done by order, that is, that the Republic Guard shot by order and it was given by the leaders, namely the director of the Guard.
Both the SP and the Ministry of Justice reported this denunciation to SPAK. Both of these reports were dismissed by SPAK, which said that the case is being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana.
How is it possible that such an important case, with 4 killed on the boulevard, is left to be investigated by a single prosecutor.
When I was called last January to testify and hand over the recording, we didn't hand over the original because we think we risk the source of the information if the investigation is not taken over by SPAK.
The fact that nothing has happened for a year gives us the right to not have submitted it. This event is being used politically, so I was skeptical, especially about the family of Aleks Nika, because there is still no perpetrator even today.
During a year, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has not done anything. I heard a few days ago that the bullet that was found in Aleks Nika's head has been taken to an Italian laboratory. The projectile is expertly tested by the best laboratory in the world, that of the FBI.
The shell was sent 9 months ago and has not arrived yet. This is done only to gain time, to postpone it from year to year.
Is this issue being delayed on purpose?

The solution is that the prosecutor's office in Tirana declares incompetence based on the decision of Strasbourg and passes it on to SPAK so that we can have a real investigation of this matter", said Hoxha on the show "The Unexposed".
