In the last 6 years, the company "Big Market" has been fined 4 times for selling expired and moldy products with fake labels, for carcinogenic foods, without labels and without production origin, but there are also dozens of complaints from citizens and reports to anti -crime.
For deputy Vullnet Sinaj, the removal of the mandate has been requested, because through the company "Big Market", he has benefited from millions of lek from the state, given by tenders from government institutions.
Meanwhile, "Pamphlet" published evidence of fraud and fiscal evasion that the SP deputy does with the "Big Market" company, releasing 67 stores with losses, through false balance sheets.
But in an information from the Ministry of Finance, which is subordinate to customs, it is said that deputy Vullnet Sinaj, owner of "Big Market", smuggles goods and hides the quantities he imports, acting with two pairs of documents at customs, allowed and from the customs itself.
According to the reports of the Ministry of Finance, it turns out that the company "Big Market", during the last 5 years, has been allowed by the Albanian Customs to declare 40% of the quantities of food and non-food products it imports.
So, 40% of the goods that he imports and sells in Albania, the deputy Vullnet Sinaj does not declare; therefore, he deceives and steals the state in the customs clearance tax, but also other tax obligations of the internal market, carrying out a kind of official smuggling, allowed by the customs chiefs, by order of the head of the government who praised him at the SP congress .
If SPAK will investigate the customs points of the countries from which the "Big Market" goods entered and the declaration documents in the Albanian customs, it will reveal the crime of fiscal evasion of millions of Euros, which this company has committed through false documents and invoices.
Deputy Vullnet Sinaj continues the fiscal customs fraud in the domestic market, declaring as sold goods only 60% of the quantity he imported; while the evasion with the food products it receives from manufacturing companies within the country is greater.
It is enough to investigate only one fact: If "Big Market" has sold 60% of the quantity of goods; for the remaining amount, there must be acts of destruction filmed, with a 4-party commission of the AKU, the Institute of Public Health, Taxes and the State Police.
