On the day known as the day of flowers in Shkodra, citizens of Shkodra united and threw flowers in the waters of the Buna river where the life of a mother and her 3 children was cut short.
The Deputy Mayor of Shkodër Municipality, Teuta Qyteza, said that today the party in this city turned into pain because some beautiful flowers are missing from the city.
She invited women to denounce violence, children who see their mother being violated, grandmothers who listen to arguments behind closed doors so that these cases can be prevented and not just sensitize after the tragedy happens.
