The publisher of the newspaper "Koha Jonë", Nikoll Leside, declared that Edi Rama is determined to make the Bektashi state, according to the Vatican model.
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Lesi said that Rama will do this with a status outside of parliament, because he does not have the 94 votes to vote for it.

Nikoll Lesi : By recognizing Edi Rama with this decision, we are facing a fait accompli, but the status is incomplete. The Vatican State was created as a state in February 1929 by the Kingdom of Italy.
I asked some lawyers. It takes 94 votes to vote in the Assembly. In this sense, there is no way to change it under the conditions that the Albanian state is unique and indivisible.
Elena Kocaqi : It is not done legally, it is a criminal offense.
Nikoll Lesi : I asked a DP lawyer how Rama will do it with a parliamentary decision. Maybe he will find a status outside of parliament. Rama has made up his mind to do this. A state like the Vatican cannot do it.
Elena Kocaqi: Legally there is no possibility. There is no chance. Just state status, as the UN said, cannot do it.
