
The Special Court has left in force the measure of "arrest in prison" for Arben Lamçjan, who was extradited a few days ago from Kosovo.
Lamçja was declared an international wanted man and, according to SPAK, he is a contract killer investigated in the "Golden Bullet" file, known as one of the trusted soldiers of the Franc and Hajdar Çopja brothers in Elbasan.
The 50-year-old was arrested on August 4 in Kosovo on account of a decision of the Special Court, which assigned him the security measure of arrest in prison in absentia.
SPAK, after the attack on the gang of the Çopja brothers, it was discovered that Arben Lamçja during the period October-November 2020 provided the conditions to carry out the murder of Nuredin Duman, now repentant of justice, on behalf of Franc Çopjas.
Lamçja informs the person who ordered the murder, Franc Çopjan, that the person has taken over the murder and has started the chase together with his men. It turns out that 250,000 euros were offered for the capture of Duman and 500,000 euros for his physical elimination.
Also, Arben Lam֛çja is accused by SPAK, that on his account, he laundered money that had a source of criminal activity.
