I have met citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri many times during 2022, with whom I have spoken about work issues, specifically about the Tirana incinerator. Citizen Giuseppe Ciaffaglione was also present at these meetings. He declares that he discussed the Tirana incinerator with the citizen Mirel Mërtiri, who appears as his shareholder in the Dutch company "Geogenix BV".
This statement deepens the scandal even further as the two key figures who were convicted were requested by SPAK for the most serious case in the history of Albania, they move freely and are easily contacted by Alberto Presezzi, but for Albanian justice they are untraceable and impossible to arrest. .
