Affairs in the ranks of the institutions have reached the top. KLSH has discovered that in just 8 months, over 190 million ALL were wasted and robbed. It is about a number of institutions that do not ask about the law and mess with tenders and expenses.
As the KLSH has been prudent in the criminal reports, it has demanded the dismissal from office of all those who put their hands in the state budget. It is about 11 functionaries, where 8 are low-level and 3 are high-level directors.
Based on Law no. 154, dated 27.11.2014 "On the Organization and Functioning of the Supreme State Control", KLSH, for the defects and violations found, has addressed to the audited entities 583 recommendations for disciplinary measures, of which 542 disciplinary measures and 41 measures administrative.
Specifically, for the violations found based on the above law, Law no. 152/2013 "On the civil servant", article 58 of the Labor Code, KLSH has asked the respective bodies to review and take 464 disciplinary measures (as for 78 other measures, the employees have been dismissed from work)", the report states . of KLSH.
It is also reported that 6 officials who need to be dismissed are in the Cadastre Agency in Tirana, 1 in the Municipality of Dimal and 1 in the Municipality of Kavaja. The most recent director immersed in scandals is Adrian Koni , Director of the Seized and Confiscated Assets Agency. KLSH has discovered that nearly 50% of the confiscated assets that have passed into the ownership of the state have been given back to exponents of crime with symbolic rent; 287 cars, land, land, premises, apartments and villas were sold to them at auctions at prices 30-40% of the market value, using fictitious buyers. KLSH has asked the Minister of the Interior to dismiss him, but Balla is not acting like his colleagues.
