The investigation file against doctor Dervish Hasi, who is accused by the prosecution of the criminal offenses of pornography and sexual relations with minors, has been revealed.
In the file, which was obtained by "Euronews Albania", it is emphasized that the report was made at police station number 1 in Tirana by the father of the 16-year-old girl.
The father has reported to the doctor that he has been in a relationship with his daughter for two years. He claims that the 42-year-old has brainwashed the 16-year-old, as the latter refuses to separate from him.
The father underlines in his report that even though he had been aware of this relationship for 2 years, he had not denounced it, as the girl had threatened him with suicide if he broke up.
" At the police station No. 1, the citizen DD appeared, who reported that his minor daughter, with the initials DD and date of birth 27.03.2007, has had an intimate relationship with the cardiac surgeon Dervish Hasi for a period of 2 years.
The parents state that they have no reasonable doubts whether the doctor had sexual intercourse with the girl. Both parents state that they asked the doctor not to have any relationship with their daughter and because the girl has also shown health problems, such as mental health, both parents suspect that the doctor may have brainwashed the girl theirs. They have asked the doctor several times not to have contact with the girl, while the girl has always refused the lack of contact with the doctor, saying that if she were to separate from him, she would kill herself ", the prosecution file states.
In the report, the girl's father states that for the two-year period, his daughter may have met the doctor more than fifty times.
Both parents insisted that the girl not be called and questioned by the police, as according to them this would cause her trauma.
Also, both parents of the minor girl have persistently asked the doctor Dervish Hasi not to have contact with the girl, which was rejected by the doctor with the claim: "We are not doing anything bad".
In her statement, the girl has admitted that they had sex against the will of both. She said that she is a believer and has been indoctrinated that religion allows a man to have several wives.
"On 17.01.2024, in the presence of the psychologist, the social worker as well as her parent, a statement was taken from the minor DD citizen, who stated that she is a practitioner of the Muslim religion and that the religion allows the marriage of men with multiple partners. She affirms the fact that at the age of 14 she met citizen Dervish Hasi. She affirms the fact that she informed Dervish of her 14-year-old age, then they continued communication where they both expressed their consent and love for each other. After a year, approximately at the age of 16, they had intercourse with each other" .
