The interceptions on "Sky" are revealing new details about the role played by the crime chief of police station number 6 in Tirana, Dedion Gjoni, in the criminal group. According to journalist Klodiana Lala in the SPAK file, it turns out that Gjoni was contacted by Bujar Gërmizi, who had received orders from Ismail Zeneli to kill the two Nela brothers.
But how did the involvement of police officer Jonida Babameto in this group begin? Journalist Lala says that the latter was implicated by Dedion Gjoni, who asked her for information on people whether or not they were wanted by Interpol.
He then sold this information to various criminal groups.
"After that, a police officer, Jonida Babameto, begins to implicate her and asks her for data in the Interpol systems for known names of the world of crime, she told her to check the name x, there is no, there are problems. And he says Artur Sulejmani is wanted by Albania? And he tells him that he is not here, but he may be in Spain. The border officer was giving information to Gjoni, but it is not known if she knows what he was using it for, and that he was selling it to criminal groups," Lala told News24.
