The Special Anticorruption Court has postponed the preliminary hearing, related to the "Metamorfoza" file.
It is learned that the reason for the postponement of the hearing was the absence of Xhevahir Lita, one of the defendants, due to health reasons and of his lawyer Arben Nela.
A few days ago, the Special Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office sent the file to the GJKKO for trial for some defendants, while dividing the case for some others.
SPAK would be represented in today's session by its two prosecutors, Altin Dumani and Arben Kraja, who were present. The 'Metamorfoza' 1 file was closed just a few days ago, where SPAK sent 7 people for trial to GJKKO, including businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, Behar Bajri, former prosecutor Xhevahir Lita, or former chief of operations Oltion Bistri.
But at the end of the announcement, SPAK says that it has separated the file for other persons who are suspected of being involved, for whom the security measure has not yet been executed. This list also includes the former boss of gambling, Ervis Martinaj, who has been missing for nearly two years.
