SPAK has closed the investigations for the "Partizani" file!
Lawyer Klodiana Gjyzari appeared at 10:00 a.m. at the Special Prosecutor's Office, to sign the closure of the investigations of the "Partizani" file, for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and financier Andia Pustina.
The lawyer came out of the premises of SPAK with a voluminous file in her hands, which contained the investigative documents she withdrew.
Meanwhile, at 09:00, the legal defender of Xhimi Begeja also arrived at the doors of SPAK, to carry out the same procedure.
Prosecutors Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai called at 14.00 Jamarbër Malltezi, who will also be known at the end of the investigations.
The Special Prosecutor's Office on Monday closed the investigations into the privatization of the former sports club "Partizani", while calling the defendants to come to SPAK to sign the end of the file.
Earlier, the special structure communicated the charge to the five defendants, Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, Fatmir Bektashi, Andia Pustina and Xhimi Begeja.
