The former head of the police, Arben Hajdarmataj stated that the race for the head of the State Police is predetermined and it is simply a procedure that must be done.
According to him, politics needs a new name in the police structure to command, so most of the candidates are dependent on the prime minister of the country.
"If there was an external commission outside the structures, I could think that there is something real, but under these conditions, this is simply a procedure that must be done, and I think that the name of the general director is predetermined. We are before the political elections and we need a director who should command the politics before the elections", declared Hajdarmataj in the show "3D".
The police of 2030, emphasized the former leader, is a political rhetoric and has nothing to do with the professional or strategic side. He further added that the candidates for director in the State Police all have almost the same professional level, but what I can say is that all the candidates are subordinates of the prime minister.
