Partizani file, Jamarbër Malltezi requests revocation of security measure

Jamarber Malltezi has appealed to the Special Court to revoke the security measure of 'house arrest'. 

The hearing, which started at 2:00 PM with Judge Flojera Davidhi, continues. 

Jamarbër Malltezi is accused of passive corruption, committed in collaboration with Sali Berisha after, in agreement with the latter, using his power, they privatized the Partizani complex, which brought the family millions of euros in benefits. Malltezi is also accused of money laundering.
