The assets of organized crime, which have been seized for years, are not confiscated by justice and handed over to the state, but are kept under administration by state administrators and the proceeds are taken by the criminals, and even those assets that have been sold, most of them have been repurchased by them at prices 30-50% less than their real values...
SPAK, district prosecutors' offices, and courts hold conferences and seminars, and partner agencies from the US and EU report that they are making a "reputation" by seizing and confiscating the assets of exponents and criminal groups.
One of these "strong blows to criminal assets" was made public on June 2, 2025 in the Public Procurement Bulletin by the Sequestered and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Interior.
According to the announcement, the court has decided and ordered the confiscation of 56 sheep of the French "Lakon" breed, which the Sequestered and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency, after keeping them in pasture and in storage for 5 months at state expense, put up for auction.
The confiscation and sale of 56 "crime" sheep, with a total value of 6,552 Euros in favor of the state budget, is one of the 15 "strongest blows to criminal assets", carried out during the years 2023-2025; a time when 3 apartments, 9 cars and motorcycles, cell phones, packages of food and used clothing were also confiscated and sold.
In fact, SPAK and district prosecutors' offices have seized many assets with large financial values, including mansions, luxury apartments and cars, shops, land, plots, hotels, restaurants, villas, warehouses, companies, resorts, ships, yachts, etc., proven to be the source of criminal activities.
The absurdity is this: Justice seizes, confiscates and puts up for sale 56 sheep, while 910 assets of organized crime, with a total value of 320 million Euros that have been seized for years, are not being confiscated and transferred to the state.
But it keeps them under administration with state employees and the proceeds go to criminals, and even those assets that have been sold, most have been re-purchased by them at prices 30-50% less than the real values, through fictitious auctions, with buyers used by them./ Pamphlet
