Journalist Ola Xama has spoken about SPAK's arrest warrant for some Tirana Municipality officials, related to the incinerator affair.
She said that Veliaj is not mentioned at all by SPAK, even his letters, SPAK calls them "Tirana Municipality letter".
While the journalist Artan Hoxha has discovered that one of the arrested is a relative of the Veliaj family, specifically the cousin of Veliaj's wife.

Ylli Rakipi: There is information that one of the persons with arrest warrants is a relative of Veliaj's wife, Namik Simixhiu. Is this true?
Artan Hoxha: Yes, it is true. He is currently retired. Extreme security measures have been taken even though he is a pensioner.
Ola Xama: I believe Mr. Bezhani is also a pensioner.
Ylli Rakipi: So the pensioners have received.
Artan Hoxha: You have to release them over time because their age prevents them, moreover, they don't even have the opportunity to spoil the evidence.
Ylli Rakipi: What about Veliaj, there is no investigation?
Ola Xama: Not even mentioned by name. Even Mr. Veliaj's letter is mentioned only as a letter from the Municipality of Tirana. Erion Veliaj is not even mentioned by name.
