Analyst Andi Bushati, while commenting on the state's involvement in the incinerator affair, said that SPAK is acting according to Rama's political directives.
He said in "MCN" that SPAK is acting with two standards and in this way there is no justice. According to him, Rama was aware of this affair and the incinerators were the dirty power bank to buy the opponents, the media, the elections.
Regarding Veliaj, Bushati said that he is involved in the Tirana incinerator and the documents show this.
1. Mr. Bushati 15 arrest warrants for the Tirana incinerator. Orders issued on the day of the SP Congress. Do you think that the affair is being nurtured by SPAK to clear up the allegations of corruption, or is it a matter that will be closed here, that is, with these officials?
I don't think that he is feeding, but he is trying not to do justice because if you look at the whole way SPAK has behaved with the incinerators, it is Rama's political directive. 2. From reading that SPAK material, it appears that Klodian Zoto was a person who seems to have had the Ministry of Environment as his home, considering the electronic communications and their timing in relation to the presentation of the letter of interest for the incinerator. Do you think that this situation aggravates the position of Mr. Koka and especially Ballko?
No, I think that this is being entered into, this undoubtedly burdens the position of Lefter Koka and Alqi Bllako, but it burdens the position of the entire government because there was no possibility for Lefter Koka to order from Alqi Bllako. We assume that Lefter Kokë and Bllakon were corrupted by Zoto, but 9 government decisions within a day were made with the political will of Kokë and Ahmetaj. We assume that Ahmetaj was the mastermind of the incinerators, but there are dozens of documents that oppose Tirana, but this was not done, because there was a more powerful man than Ahmetaj. I often, when I have this conversation with my colleagues, tell them to rewind the film to 2016 when we denounced the incinerators, how Rama, Zoto and Mërtiri defended him. I believe that anyone who has dealt with politics even a little knows that Tusha was Veliaj's right hand and he didn't do anything without getting Erion Veliaj's blessing, and we don't need Tusha's arrest to draw attention to Veliaj, but we have documents implicating Veliaj.
4. The opposition is persistently seeking Veliaj's head, if we can put it this way. You believe there is enough information to call Mr. Veliaj as a defendant?
We have to separate two things, the opposition does politics, it could also ask for the head of Ahmetaj and Koka, but as soon as they finish, another head comes out, but in this case the facts themselves, the documents released show us that yes, Veliaj is implicated in the incinerator of Tirana and only the simple fact is enough, look where the incinerator's publicity and advertisements have gone to those media that make a mess of Veliaj.
5. One of the arrested is a relative of the wife of Mr. Veliaj, with the position of director in the Municipality. It reminds you of the precedent of the "Baxhanak of Berisha" in the "Gërdeci" file. What do you think this means, or a coincidence?
This is actually populism. Berisha was responsible in Gërdec, and so was his son, but the fact that he had hired a janitor does not add to his responsibility, so this does not mean anything. Veliaj is responsible for his actions. It is known that these work either the militants, or the family members or the patronageists, but the evil does not lie with the family members, but with the one who is in charge, who made the family members go towards a crime.
6. Why do family members and relatives appear in such affairs Mr. Bushati and here the question can be expanded: Berisha talks to both children, Mr. Rama with his wife and what Mr. Berisha calls her Simple, Meta with his wife.
I don't know, I've always believed that not necessarily when it comes to a family member this is fake. There are many family members who have come out unblemished and when their husbands, brothers have been in high positions. Therefore, we should not take rumors as a basis, but even where there is sound, there is nothing without it.
7. There is a thesis in the media that Mr. Rama is saving some of SPAK's blows: there is talk of Mr. Beqja, or the former Minister of Defense. Do you believe in this thesis, that is, the control of SPAK and its strikes for political reasons?
With the exception of the Beleri case, I don't believe that we have a SPAK that has been used as a tool to attack political opponents. But on the other hand, we cannot say that SPAK is independent and has no political agenda. SPAK makes a show, that's why I call this justice that SPAK is doing justice with permission, they get permission somewhere higher and then start acting.
