The concessionaire firm "Bankers Petroleum" and a subcontractor company attempted to conceal the injury of a worker inside the oil wells.
The incident occurred in September 2025, when the worker Llazar Kumaraku remained in a coma for more than 2 months. He has not yet been questioned, while those who caused the accident continue to work, both the company and the employee. Although several months have passed, the prosecution has not managed to conduct an expertise of the cameras, since the footage has not been found, while the citizen has not yet made the forensic report.
Llazar Kumaraku, a resident of Marinza, contacted Fiks Fare saying that on September 24, 2025, he was injured.
"The incident occurred in the Padi D area, where engines are repaired, there is also a well center. There is mechanical and engine work. I was employed by a company owned by Viktor Bistika. He has a contract with 'Bankers' as a private company and deals with the transport of materials for wells for well services, engines. I had 1 and a half years of insurance. On the day of the incident, I was about to get a motorcycle. I didn't like him as a driver. I put the chains on the equipment and connected them to the crane. The moment he opened the crane, I told him that the distance was too great. He tells me that, I know," Llazar claims.
He further adds that the moment he places the chains on the device, driver Andi Grëmi makes a wrong maneuver.
"The crane's head comes and hits me. He screamed and got away from the crane. That's all I remember, I don't remember the rest. He shouldn't have acted. I had injuries to my head, ribs, and body. Thank God I'm alive. After I was hit, they took me to Fier. Fier couldn't hold me and I went into a coma in Tirana, to the Military Hospital. I stayed there for 2 months and 15 days," he says.
Llazar adds that when he left the hospital, he went to the Fier Prosecutor's Office, as he didn't know who had the case.
"I was not questioned, and to this day I have not been. Now they tell me the case is under investigation. I am waiting for the Prosecutor's Office to call me to find the culprit. Whoever killed me, that driver was irresponsible and that driver had a license when he was working, he no longer had money ," says the worker.
Fiks Fare analyzed the investigative file, where the prosecution's file states that the incident occurred on a property managed by the concessionaire "Bankers Petrolium", while the injured employee and the driver were working for the entity "Viktor Bistika". During the work process, the prosecution writes, the crane's telescope fell, injuring citizen Llazar Kumaraku.

Llazari thotë se pronari dhe shoferi janë proceduar. “U ndaluan dhe më pas janë liruar”, shton ai, teksa lirimi ka ardhur në momentin që Llazari ka qenë në koma. Ngjarja ka qenë tepër e rëndë, por puna vijon normalisht në firmën koncesionare apo nga nënkontraktori i saj, sikur mos të kishte ndodhur asnjë rast. Hetimet janë zvarritur dhe vetëm javët e fundit, Prokuroria e Fierit, ka kërkuar “kryerjen e ekspertimit teknik-kompjuterik të kamerave”.
Në dosje detajohet se është sekuestruar një DVR me pamjet filmike pranë firmës “Bankers”. Kjo pajisje ka 128 kanale, në të cilën janë të regjistruara pamjet filmike të zonës ku ka ndodhur ngjarja, në bazën e kompanisë “Bankers Petrolium”. Instituti i Policisë Shkencore i ka dërguar një shkresë prokurorisë ku i thotë se “e ka aktualisht të pamundur të kryejë këtë akt ekspertimi, pasi nuk ka licencë për ekspertim, deri në sigurimin e një licencë të re”.
Prokuroria ka kërkuar që këtë ekspertim ta kryejnë privatët. Sipas saj, nëse nuk evidentohen pamjet filmike të nxjerra, të bëhet rikuperimi i tyre, duke përcaktuar edhe kohën e fshirjes, asgjësimit apo ndërhyrjeve të kryera në këtë DVR.
Pra, ka dyshime se pamjet janë fshirë!
“Kur vinte në spital, Viktor Bistika më thoshte se kamerat s’kanë kapur gjë” pohon ai. Në dosje është edhe një akt ku kërkohet rikuperimi i pamjeve. Llazari thotë se s’bën vaki që kamerat të mos kapin, pasi e gjithë zona ka kamera. Më tej shton se ka bërë një kompromis me pronarin, por vetëm për të mos hapur gjyq civil. Pronari e ka “paguar”. “E kam bërë për Viktor Bistikën që s’do kërkoj dëmshpërblim nga ai. Nga ana morale dhe nga ajo që e mban ai në punë, mua më ka vrarë për së dyti”, thotë Llazari.
Fiksi shkon te vendi i ngjarjes, në zonën Padi D, pjesë e kompanisë koncesionare Bankers. Punonjësit thonë se shoferi Anxhi Grëmi punon te Viktor Bistika. Më tej pohojnë se është ende në punë. Gazetarët shkojmë te kantieri i firmës me pronar, teksa bisedojnë me të në telefon. Ai fillimisht hap telefonin, ndërkohë që hiqet sikur nuk është ai. E mbyll dhe Fiksi e merr sërish. Përgjigjet dhe thotë se “tani unë jam Viktor Bistika”, megjithëse zëri ishte i njëjtë.
Gazetarët e pyesin për ngjarjen e datën 24 shtator 2025, teksa ai përgjigjet se shoferi Anxhi Grëmi vijon te jetë aktualisht në punë. Ai thotë se nëse do të marrë ndonjë masë, duhet të shprehet gjykata.
