Punonjësja: Jo. Nuk kemi informacion. Ky duhej brenda 10 ditëve të sillte skedën e vdekjes për çregjistrim në zyrën e Gjendjes Civile. Skeda e vdekjes, sillet nga familjarët. Kjo skedë, plotësohet nga mjeku. Përcaktohet: data, ora dhe shkaku i vdekjes. Këtë skedë të vdekjes, të vulosur nga mjeku, vjen dhe e zbaton në zyrën e Gjendjes Civile. Edhe bëhet çregjistrimi dhe merr certifikatën e vdekjes.
I drejtohemi ISSH-së dhe mësojmë që i ndjeri merr pension edhe pse ka ndërruar jetë. Anila Take, shefe e degës së përfitimeve, na thotë se tërheqja e pensionit është bërë që në vitin 2018, me anë të një autorizimi që njësia 6 i ka marrë të ndjerit, që autorizon të birin.
Anila Take: Zoti Ramazan Seit Çullhaj është trajtuar me pension që nga data 10.04.1997. Aktualisht, sipas verifikimit në sistemin tonë të pensioneve elektronik, është ende aktiv. Dhe arka 28 e Kombinatit, ku zotëria ka tërhequr pensionin gjatë gjithë kohës, ka filluar në Prill të 2013-ës të paguhet online. Nga këqyrja që ne i bëmë sistemit të historikut të pageseva të zotërisë, na doli që nga 2013-ta deri në 2018-ën nuk është tërhequr pensioni. Në Prill të 2018-ës, paraqitet sipas verifikimeve të bëra në zyrën postare, dokumentave që janë atje, jo vetë zoti Ramazan, por i biri. Me një autorizim, që merret në njësinë bashkiake ku banon dhe në bazë të ligjit tonë të nenit 63 pika 3 të ligjit të sigurimeve shoqërore, ai mund të tërheqë deri në 3 vjet pagesa.
