As never before, the KKTU, headed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, has today refused to approve permits for at least 26 towers, hotels and resorts.

According to sources, as never before, the KKTU, headed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, has today refused to approve permits for at least 26 towers, hotels and resorts. According to sources, among others, the KKKU has decided to reject;
–Development Permit for the facility: “Ground zero resort”, Hotel structure and residence with tourist services 6-7-20-24 floors with 3 underground floors, with usable terrace, located in Vlora, Vlora Municipality, with the developer company “Regina Group Construction” sh.pk
–Development Permit for the facility: “Hotel Complex”, located in Lalëzi Bay, Durrës Municipality, with the developer entity “Restian” sh.pk
–Development Permit for the facility: “Tirana Diamond Building”, Complex development for the construction of new facilities with service and office functions with 23 floors above ground and 8 floors underground”, located in the Municipality of Tirana, with the developer company “Bar Restaurant Piazza” sh.pk
–Building Permit for the facility: “Residential building 6 and 8 floors above ground and 1 floor underground”, located along Turgut Ozal Street, Durrës Municipality, with the developer company “Desla” sh.pk
–Building Permit for the facility: “Hillside retreat 001-complex with individual apartments 1, 2, 3 and 4 floors above ground and 1 underground floor and swimming pool, rehabilitation center for the treatment of children with disabilities 1, 2 and 3 floors above ground and 1 underground floor and swimming pool and hotel complex with 5 floors above ground and 1 underground floor”, located near “Peti” Street, Tirana Municipality, with the developer company “Arlis Ndërtim” sh.pk/ Prapaskena
