The CEC has demanded that the work continue according to legal deadlines, while citizens are divided between sport and the democratic process.
Electoral situation in Shkodra (so far):
268 boxes counted out of 405 total (66.1%)
Democratic Party: over 25 thousand votes
Socialist Party: over 22 thousand votes
Social Democratic Party (PSD): over 12 thousand votes
According to current projections, the DP secures 5 MPs, the PS 4, and the PSD 2 mandates, making Shkodra one of the most balanced and politically interesting districts.
