Journalist Glidona Daci has revealed details about the murder of Gentjan Bejtja a few days ago in his apartment.
She said that this is a warned event due to his involvement in 4 assassinations.
Daci said that since the assassination in 2022, he had been offered the opportunity to cooperate with the police in order to discover the people with whom he had conflicts, but the victim had refused.
The journalist emphasized that the apartment of the victim's parents and himself are about 100 meters away, adding the suspicions that the perpetrators were alerted by another person as they could not have been waiting for him in front of the door of the apartment where he was killed.
"Only because of the 4 assassinations that he was allegedly involved in and clashes with local characters, this event was warned. Since the assassination of 2022, he has been offered cooperation by the police and asked to talk with whom he had conflicts during that period. He remained wanted and refused to cooperate with the authorities.
Gentian Bejtja knew many things and the authorities believe that he could unravel many events. One party was interested in silencing Bejtja in addition to other conflicts he may have had.
