Journalist Artan Hoxha has provided details regarding the murder of Renato Hoxha a few days ago in Vlora.
Hoxha says that the victim lived a modest life, while as for the perpetrator of the murder, he did not appear concerned, since the circumstances of the murder were such. The victim was defenseless with a gun, an event that occurred at 4:30 in the morning, without movement and without witnesses.
"We have published the data that was initially provided about Renato Hoxhaj and they create an idea of the author's profile. This has an impact because the moment the footage is published, such killers stop their activity so as not to be exposed further."
The perpetrator from the footage appears wearing sneakers and white socks, he operated in an area of Vlora that does not have much movement, especially at 4:30 in the morning, secondly, the victim was unarmed, so it makes it impossible for the perpetrator to lose his mind. The fact that the car was found so quickly is another element that shows that the perpetrator did not feel worried and had an easy target to execute.
So, he entered at 4:17 in the morning and reappeared at 5:25, almost an hour. He operated in an area where there were no witnesses at all, so it's difficult to identify him. That circular hat he wears also changes your perception, which means you can't see someone's face, he also wears a Covid mask, a way to fool investigators if he's caught on camera, using a fake image.
"The problem in such cases is whether you make mistakes when entering the crime scene and when you leave, what tool you use, what accomplices you have, how likely is it that they will be identified or make a mistake," the journalist said.
Hoxha further explains that suspicions have been raised regarding this matter that the victim worked as a guard-informant for the Sinomati family in Vlora and that the incident is likely related to conflicts between rival groups.
"What does not match in this case is the personality of the victim, who is not prominent or known even from police information. He lived a modest life, worked as a security guard in a construction company in Vlora, divorced from his wife and children.
"What he knew and could have seen, has become a problem for someone, and this is the cost he has paid. From the investigations, the police suspected that he may have served as a guard to provide information. This is because the area where he stood as a guard is close to the Sinomati family's apartment, where a sniper execution took place," adds Artan Hoxha.
