Jurist Jordan Daci, speaking about the case of Sali Berisha, stated that the latter has only a 2% chance of being declared innocent.

In an interview for "Top Story", he said that the investigation will continue, but he emphasized that facing the charges makes Berisha guilty.

Among other things, the lawyer stated that taking a decision for the politician will show the citizens that justice is achieved.

"The investigation will continue, there is no immunity to the investigation. Security measures such as house arrest are not always accompanied by police at the door. It is done in certain elements. Mr. Berisha has a 2% chance of being acquitted. All other proceedings are guilty. The chances are two percent.
