Analyst Dritan Hila commented on SPAK's request for the house arrest of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
Hila said that this measure of placing the police near Berisha's apartment during house arrest may have been requested because of the former prime minister's warning that "there is no police to stop him".
He added that Berisha bullied prosecutors and judges "from morning to dinner" by mentioning his family and biography.
"Berisha promised that there is no police to stop him. I am quoting it verbatim. Perhaps SPAK thought it reasonable to station the police near his apartment after that. Berisha bullies the judge's prosecutors day after day from morning to dinner. He is scolded and cursed by his family, his biography and all" , he said in "News 24".
