The former president of the Court of Cassation, Zef Brozi, has come out in support of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime and has condemned the attacks on SPAK leader Altin Duman and on judge Irena Gjoka.
Referring to Sali Berisha, Brozi says that these ugly attacks should not scare the prosecutors and judges, but on the contrary, they should be even more courageous to investigate without any tolerance, procrastination as until today what bled Albania in 1997, organized the coup d'état in 1998 and ordered the terrorist act of January 21.
" I strongly condemn the attacks, slanders, insults and threats against the prosecutors of SPAK and the honorable chairman Altin Dumani, against the honorable judge Irena Gjoka and the justice bodies in general, from the most pampered and unpunished Tirana in these 33 years. These ugly attacks should not frighten them. On the contrary, prosecutors, courts and BKH should be even more courageous to investigate and judge without any tolerance or delay as until today what bloodied Albania in 1997 and black thousands of mothers, wives and sisters; who organized the coup d'état in 1998; who ordered the terrorist act of January 21, 2011; who undermined democracy; who used his power to enrich himself, his family and his clan with major corruption; and which poses a danger to the security of the country and the West itself, especially at a time when Putin and other anti-Western forces are investing in the destabilization of Albania and the entire Balkans ." - writes Brozi.
In a post on social networks, Zef Brozi appeals to the media not to advocate for Tirana, as has been the case until today.
" I also appeal to the press media not to act as Tirana's lawyer, as has been done physically up to now by several television stations, journalists and analysts. The press media have evidence with voices and figures of Tirana who has proudly confessed to many crimes of his, to help SPAK by providing these videos and audio and any other evidence they may have. The strong support of the Government and all American and EU institutions, as well as the increase in the confidence of the citizens of Albania towards SPAK and the Court of In particular, they are a great motivation and obligation for these institutions to put an end to the IMPREGNENCE of former rulers, rulers and top politicians ." - writes Brozi.
