Sali Berisha is not convinced by the guarantee that Altin Dumani gave to journalists in an informal communication, that SPAK's investigation of the Tirana incinerator will continue in the direction of every factor and that the position of each person involved will be clarified.
The fractionation of the file, according to the head of Reestablishment, is doubtful.

Dumani answers to Berisha why SPAK did not request permission from the Assembly for the measure "obligation to appear".

Three cases are enough for him to come to strong conclusions.
"SKAP is simply a weapon, as was the State Security in the hands of the communist dictatorship. SKAP is a weapon in the hands of the dictator who has all the powers."
He explains his arrest with the horror that he says he caught Prime Minister Rama, but when asked about the delegation of the leadership powers of the party, he is firm. "Sali Berisha, I will delegate Sali Berisha."
