Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has stated that the opposition cannot overthrow the government even if Prime Minister Edi Rama leaves.
He emphasized that the opposition today should consider SPAK as an ally against corruption, after the investigations it is conducting among the majority, and not attack it.
"Belinda has insisted that the government make a request for constitutional interpretation in the courts. So the government should assume the right to address the Constitutional Court for interpretation. I say that time is a bit of a disadvantage. The execution of the decision is the issue, the rest are problems and interpretations that will take their time.
"We still have the former president who has been in custody for almost a year, we have ministers who have been in office for 5 years, the beginning is intense in Albania for issues, then the events overlap each other. How is it possible that the opposition does not manage to overthrow the government, so that even if Rama is overthrown, the DP cannot come to power. It is strange why the opposition attacks SPAK while it should have been an ally against corruption ," Spahiu told "Report TV".
