Documents were forged on May 11, the testimony of the CEC employee is revealed:

New details emerge from the investigations of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, which sent three people for trial.

Arlind Papa, Genc Demiro and Migena Xibinaku are the three people who will be tried in connection with the incident that occurred during the May 11 elections.

Arlind Pepa is the person who was wearing a badge, which is suspected to be counterfeit.

Migena Xibinaku, a CEC protocol specialist, is suspected of being the person who sealed the document.

The file reveals that Xibinaku indicated that she does not remember stamping the document, which turned out to be false.

Arlind Pepa was an SP observer, who appeared at the voting center at the "9-Vjeçare Vorë" school, as an inside and outside observer.

"My job is to sign the documents as well. I don't remember having stamped it, as I received many such documents. Genc Demiro, who went to get the manuals for using CEC materials, may have shown up for stamping. The big stamp is in the safe... ", Migena Xibinaku is reported to have said.

The badge is issued only if you have an employment contract with the CEC and are not an external person. The file states that "this document, although it has the CEC stamp, is forged."

Among other things, it is revealed that Arlind Pepa has stated that he received the badge from the SP, namely from Genc Demiro./TCH
