The head of SPAK is reporting this Tuesday to the Law Commission on the work of SPAK during 2023.
One of the members of this commission is the former minister and socialist MP Olta Xhaçka, who, as can be seen in the photo above, is sitting second in line from the side of the socialists.
SPAK is investigating the case of Xhaçka's husband, former Socialist MP Artan Gaçi, who was declared a strategic investor to build the "Dreamades Luxury Suites" resort in the village of Gjileke in Himara.
However, the property where the resort was to be built turned out to have forged papers and it has all been seized by SPAK.
For this matter, SPAK has arrested the former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, and several low-level officials of the Municipality, while Olta Xhaçka and Artan Gaçi continue to remain untouched even though they have testified several times in the Special Prosecutor's Office.
Xhaçka is accused by the opposition of having violated the Constitution, benefiting as a good public deputy, since her husband, Artan Gaçi, won the right to use the coast for 30 years thanks to a government decision.
Apart from Xhaçka, the other deputy of the SP, Eduard Ndreca, is also present in the hall, as he is also part of the Laws Commission and is closely following Altin Duman's report.
But what stands out is that the brother of the MP Armando Ndreca and his uncle's son, Elvis Ndreca, were arrested a few days ago in the context of the latest operation followed by Altin Dumani and Alfred Shehu.
It is suspected that Armando Ndreca is involved in cultivation and Elvis Ndreca in providing conditions.
