Dumani in the Law Commission: SPAK ready the new strategy for the investigation of election crimes

The head of SPAK Altin Dumani in the "Laws" committee stated that a strategy is being prepared in relation to the investigations of electoral crimes, for the parliamentary elections that will be held next year, a strategy which will be ready in January.

He said, among other things, that the number of investigations into election crimes has tripled.

"Election crimes, I and the staff have started preparations and in January we will also present the strategy we will build for the investigation of criminal offenses for the elections. We have started working now. During 2023, there is an increasing number, the number of investigations into election crimes has tripled," said Dumani.
