SP MP Pandeli Majko, in his speech during the session at the Law Commission, after the speech of SPAK head Altin Dumani, said that the work of the Special Structure is to be evaluated.
Majko emphasized that there are still vacancies in the National Bureau of Investigation.
Also, the socialist MP Pandeli Majko stated that he appreciates the fact that SPAK has done a quality job, while adding that SPAK does not receive orders from the Parliament
"The work of SPAK is to be appreciated. Some recommendations we can see. There are still vacancies in the National Bureau of Investigation. SPAK has not fulfilled some of the recommendations. Attention should be paid to election crimes, considering that we will have elections in 2025. Every year there are qualitative changes in the work of SPAK, which is a state structure that is valued by Albanians. We cannot be against the general spirit of public opinion. SPAK reports on the basis of the law and does not receive orders from the parliament", said Majko.
