After the critical hours in the villages of Navaricë and Livinë, where the danger to homes was averted thanks to the intervention of ground and air forces, the situation remains serious in other areas of the Finiq Municipality.
It is reported that the fire has moved rapidly, surrounding the villages of Velahovo, Krongj and Dhrovjan, while strong winds are favoring the spread of the flames.
Authorities have sent additional forces to stop the fire from spreading and protect homes in the area. Residents are on high alert, with some of them beginning to voluntarily evacuate to avoid danger.
If meteorological conditions do not improve, there are fears that the flames will move closer to residential areas, increasing the pressure on emergency teams and residents of endangered villages.
