Yesterday, a news item was published that, at first glance, aimed to “clarify” public opinion about the role of prosecutor Klodian Braho in the selection committee for financial investigators at SPAK. According to this publication, “despite allusions,” Braho withdrew from the committee on October 6, the very day he submitted his platform for the position of head of the Special Prosecution Office to the High Prosecutorial Council.
But behind this attempt at "clarification" lies another reality: a piece of news commissioned and fabricated by the SPAK press office, with the clear intention of manipulating public opinion and covering up the conflict of interest that "Pamphlet" has been denouncing for days with concrete evidence.
"Pamfleti" has published documents and facts that clearly show the involvement of Zeqir Hoda and Klodian Braho in processes where they had a direct conflict of interest. Instead of handling these accusations with transparency, it seems that SPAK has put into motion its propaganda mechanism to relativize the situation and influence public perception in favor of the prosecutors involved.
A detail that raises even more doubts about the authenticity of the "clarification" is the fact that journalist K. Banushi, who published the article, was seen staying for about 30 minutes in a private conversation with prosecutor Klodian Braho on October 22, around 11:00 am, near the former BKT bank in front of the SPAK building.
This meeting raises a number of legitimate questions, which "Pamphlet", in respect of professional ethics and transparency, addresses publicly:
Ms. Keti Banushi, can you confirm whether you met privately with Prosecutor Klodian Braho on October 22, at around 11:00, near BKT in front of SPAK?
Did you spend about 30 minutes talking to him?
Was the specific issue of the financial investigation and the article that was subsequently published in the media discussed during that meeting?
Was the article given to you ready-made by the SPAK press office, or were you "advised" on how it should be written and published?
If these questions remain unanswered, then what is already widely known is confirmed: SPAK has set up a controlled and coordinated communication system with selected journalists, who are used to create the false perception of a "clean" and "impartial" justice system.
This is no longer public communication, but institutional propaganda that violates the principles of transparency, equality before the law, and freedom of the press. While citizens await justice, some journalists have unfortunately become spokespeople for the Special Prosecutor's Office.
