" Our position is that there is no criminal offense. It cannot be alluded to by laws and VKM that have not been challenged in time. We have a negative attitude towards the accusations. As far as we have seen, accusing someone because he is a legitimate heir of a well-known tyrannical family like Begeja is very bold, the standard of proof is low. With these hints, the principle of legal certainty is being violated ,' said the lawyer.
