
Citizen protests against the government have continued for 50 days and will continue in the coming days, while activists have announced a large rally on July 23 in front of the Albanian Parliament.
One of the activists stated that citizens have been protesting for 50 days in a row to convey a message to Prime Minister Edi Rama. He emphasized that a symbolic protest will also take place the next day in front of the Parliament building, while a broader mobilization is expected on July 23.
"We have been protesting for 50 days to show this guy that we don't want him anymore. There will be a session on the 23rd and we will hold a big protest there. Tomorrow something symbolic will happen in front of the Parliament. On the 23rd in the morning there will be a big protest in front of the Parliament ," the activist declared.
Protesters have been holding rallies in Tirana for seven weeks, demanding political change and declaring that they will continue their civic resistance in the coming days.
