The ex-mayor of Patos, Rajmonda Baliaj, says so. GJKKO has accepted her request by removing the security measure of "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service".
Rama appointed him Prefect of Fier, but at the request of SPAK, he was suspended and then the prime minister dismissed him.
The same decision of suspension from office was given to the former vice-mayor of Patos municipality and to 5 other specialists in the capacity of members of the bid evaluation commission, the general secretariat of this municipality, urban planning specialists and engineers. There are two procurement procedures that raise doubts about SPAK investigators, who are suspected of falsifying documents and violating equality in tenders.

1. On 26.07.2024, the applicant Rajmonda Balilaj submitted to the Court the request with the object: "Declaration of the loss of the power of the insurance measure determined by decision no. 19 dated 08.03.2024, of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, verified by decision no. 30 dated 21.03.2024, of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, and its immediate removal", legal basis articles 262/2 and 267/2 of K.Pr. Penal.
2. At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with a panel composed of judges Atalanta Zeqiraj, Flora Hajredinaj and Erjon Çela with decision No. 466, dated 29.07.2024, decided:
1. Acceptance of the request.
2. Finding the suspension of the preventive measure "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service", provided by article 242 of the Penal Code, assigned to the defendant Rajmonda Balilaj by the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with decision no. 19 dated 08.03.2024.
3. Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime within 5 (five) days, which period begins to be calculated from the day after receiving information about the reasoned decision.
