" We request that graduates of all Albanian public education schools complete the document for expression of interest in the 'Let's talk together about US'2024" project. The project aims to provide information for studies in the United States, but also to develop activities with a focus on information while having fun. The project is supported by the US Department of State and managed by the DYCD office in New York City. Through the forms which, with your permission, will be filled out by high school graduates all over Albania, we will make the calculation and details of the project, starting from the financial costs that will be covered by us, the trips and a number of other activities, the project will to be deposited through the American Embassy in Albania after being approved by the responsible office of the department. We now ask for your permission to start talks with local Education Offices and then with school principals. I hope to have a positive answer as soon as possible, as I am a little late with the procedures ".
After this e-mail, three days later, on September 18, 2023, the request is approved and delegated to the General Directorate of Education for implementation, by order of the director of pre-university education policies at the Ministry of Education, where they are ordered to coordinate with Klea Rama for informing graduates. But just do a simple search on the official website of the New York Department of Youth and Community Development, and it is simply clear and information available that this network only supports American youth and their families from New York- u. The State Police, in relation to this issue, announced the launch of the investigation for the English teacher as the head of the project cabinet and the director of the "Qemal Stafa" school, but the involvement in the project seems to have been ordered from the top of the institutional pyramid, the Ministry of Education , and not just in a school.
