News24 has won the trial in the Tirana Court, thus overturning all the actions taken so far by the Police and Army, who, with an order that was more political than legal, violently intervened on Saturday morning, cutting off the television signal and preventing journalists from carrying out their duties.

The court considers the interference and restriction of journalists and their obstruction in the exercise of their duties illegal.
The decision in favor of the Fokus Media News company, which includes News24, BalkanWeb, Panorama, Gazeta Shqiptare and Radio Rash, was made by a trio of judges, none of whom seem to have legitimized the decisions made so far.

Based on this decision of the Administrative Court, it seems that an end has been put to the unprecedented situation created in the premises where News24 television and other Fokus Media News media outlets operated for more than two decades, which were violently attacked on Saturday morning by dozens of police forces.
On Saturday morning, numerous police forces landed at the premises of Fokus Media News, preventing journalists from entering the work premises, while the buildings were cut off from electricity and signal, preventing them from carrying out their duties.
This situation lasted for several hours, without any explanation or announcement, and then the army appeared on the premises of the media company. This entire operation was led by Ardi Veliu, the former Director General of the State Police, who by a government decision has been appointed as director of KAYO sh.a, a company that will deal with the production of military materials.
With a government decision, the premises that had been used by the media company for two decades were transferred to KAYO, while one of the buildings, as confirmed by the Ministry of Economy, is under contract until 2033 with the media group.
Every action by the police and army was carried out without a report, which seems to have raised many questions about what was happening and the lack of a legal basis for the violent intervention. /Pamphlet/
