Tirana judge Arnisa Kelliçi, who was investigated by the Tirana prosecutor's office, on suspicions that she had written the letter threatening her and her family, has today revealed the dynamics of the event.
Kelliçi also published several messages implicating former prosecutor Adrian Dyrmishi as the person who carried out the threat.
Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço said that the screenshots of the messages that the judge released earlier in some media may have been manipulated.
He stated that the persons she mentions, 1 former judge and 1 judge, have denied having exchanged those messages.
Karamuço also revealed details from the handwriting expertise that proved according to 3 graphic experts that the writing in the threatening letter was written by the judge herself.
According to him, some of the letters, such as a and m, are identical to the judge's handwriting.
"I doubt some of the "screenshots", that not only this prosecutor is implicated, but also 1 former judge and judge since they saw these screenshots, that they were published somewhere in the media and the next day when the verification was done of the screenshots with which these people served, it was seen that they are not correct, they are manipulated. And they immediately removed them from the portal and apologized and this is a matter that needs to be investigated. On the other hand, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has taken the first actions, in a professional manner, from which it has been concluded with two experts of the scientific police and with an independent expert that the letter that the lady declares to have been presented to her office by the bandit was written by her . Because of some fonts, the act of graphic expertise is 100% the same. There are some letters like a and m that are the same. Why is all this happening, what is the cause of all this, what is being hidden from us, all these must be answered" , said Karamuço for "Euronews Albania".
