30 residents in Dibër were presented to the hospital today, as they are thought to have been poisoned by the high amount of chlorine in the network water.
The inhabitants are from the villages of Kastriot, Vakuf, Fushë Alie.
It should be noted that the physico-chemical analyzes of water were taken in some villages.
"The Dibër Police Station has received notification that some citizens (among them some minors), residents of the Dibër municipality, had presented themselves at the regional hospital of the city of Peshkopia, for medical assistance with symptoms like those of poisoning.
Upon receipt of the notification, the investigation group was set up and under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, the investigations began to clarify the circumstances and determine the cause of the poisoning.
At the end of the investigation, there will be more detailed information," the police announced.
