Journalist Basir Çollaku stated yesterday evening that Erion Veliaj testified in SPAK for almost four hours about the mega-theft of incinerators.
"From my sources, Veliaj was called by SPAK because you cannot investigate this file without calling the mayor of Tirana. Veliaj was called last Friday and stayed for more than four hours in the Special Prosecutor's Office.
