The Supreme Court has dismissed Aldo Baren, who requested a reduction in sentence.
Although the strongman from Lushnja is sentenced to life imprisonment, he appealed to the courts for a 45-day reduction in sentence, as according to him, he had behaved well in prison.
This lawsuit by Bare was not accepted by other courts and for this reason, he appealed to the Supreme Court. A few days ago, Aldo Bare appealed to the Supreme Court with a second lawsuit, in which he again requests a reduction of the sentence by a few days and refers to the law on the rights of convicts as a legal basis.
This lawsuit has been registered but the next judicial body has not been assigned.
